Madison’s quadricycles allow beer

A Wisconsin state statute that went into effect in February allows commercial quadricycles in the state to permit riders to have up to three cans of beer per person on board the quadricycle. The State of Wisconsin passed a law that says we can have beer onboard. HOWEVER! The City of Madison is looking into regulating this new law.  Until the City has passed a new sub-ordinance regarding quadricycles and we are insured to do so, we will not be able to offer the BYOB on the Capitol Pedaler.  We anticipate this issue to be resolved by May, 2014.  Until then we are alcohol free.
